Tbh, had a really comfortable stay for my business trip. Clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be so close to buses, and Arena Birmingham and Brindley place thanks to good and magnificent location. I were greeted by very very helpful, fast staff.
Well, the area was not very nice overall.

The location for Birmingham was comfortable and handy, so close to bus stops and a quiet residential area. Very professional and competent staff, everything was perfect. I booked a double room, it was well-appointed and had an iron with ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk.
The staff - some of them were very rude.
